An overview of the company’s 2007 performance paints a vivid picture of a young firm navigating the turbulent waters of business in its second year.

The company’s primary business was and still remains in micro-finance. In partnership with Hekima Self Help Group, which is managed by Mrs. Mary Sobayene, the company has been able to extend dozens of loans to enterprising Kenyans. Although, overall performance has been impressive, there have been isolated cases of payment defaults and delays. Despite this, and given the invaluable experience gained through the past years, the company remains committed to growing this business arm in the next financial year.

The investment group's management, shareholders and investors will mark the anniversary at a strategic retreat to be held at Lukenya Getaway, Athi River, from the 13th to 14th October, 2007.
